Terms of Service

1. Agreement
Social Pilot is a private tool for its owner. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Access and accounts
Access is by invitation of the owner. You may only connect YouTube or TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your connection.
3. Your content and compliance
You retain all rights to your content and are solely responsible for it, including having the rights to publish it. You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, the platforms' community guidelines and API policies, and all applicable laws. Content that is AI-generated or synthetic must be disclosed as such; the tool sets the platforms' disclosure flags by default.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, deceptive or unlawful content, no circumvention of platform rate limits or restrictions, and no use of the tool to harass others or to infringe rights. The tool enforces publishing limits and may pause itself to protect your accounts.
5. Third-party services
Social Pilot depends on Google/YouTube, TikTok and Cloudflare. Their availability, quotas, audit requirements and changes are outside our control; for example, unaudited API clients may be limited to private posts.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Published statistics come from the platforms and may be delayed or incomplete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost reach, revenue or data, or for actions taken by the platforms (such as removals or account restrictions) in connection with your use.
8. Termination
You can stop using the tool and revoke access at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
